Beyond the business sessions, the convention includes offsite networking events and social gatherings where members connect, exchange ideas, and build lasting professional relationships. The 2026 convention will feature a special excursion so attendees can experience the culture and charm of Quebec City together.

The BXNet 2026 Annual Convention will take place at the Le Capitole Hotel, located in the heart of historic Quebec City.

This premier venue combines modern luxury with the charm and culture of Old Quebec, providing the perfect setting for BXNet members to gather, collaborate, and connect throughout the week.

Refund Policy for Convention Registration Fee:

Up to 15 business days before the event: Attendees may request a full refund of the registration fee – September 9, 2026
14 days or less before the event: Fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization at no additional cost up to 7 days before the event. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the BXNet Convention registration team at info@bx-net.org.
Attendees who do not attend the event and do not cancel their registration before the applicable deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

BXNet Reporter Training (1 Feb 2027)

Reporter Training - New and Updated

FEBRUARY 2027

BXNet is offering a new and updated Reporter Training featuring a fourteen-part outline that includes robust notes with intensive content covering procurement examples and what reporters must know.

The fee of $495 for members and $1,200 for non-members includes two days split into sections with deliverables including trainer presentation (PowerPoint), trainer manual, and a participant handbook.

Training Location: to be determined in the United States

Hotel Room Block: to be determined in the United States

With special thanks to Brenda Romano, former President of BXNet, who originated Reporter Training allowing BXNet to update and continue this tradition.

What is included in your registration:

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both training days.
Dinner will be arranged for the first evening (additional fee).
Binders with all training materials.
Twelve hours of In-person, hands-on-training.
Construction Information Technologists (CIT) Certification.
